FUTURE OF REAL ESTATE FOR OWNERS, TENANTS AND ALL OTHER STAKEHOLDERS

Low-carbon buildings generate savings and improve residence and working for owners and tenants

Date: September 29, 2021, from 9. A.M. to 3 P.M.

Location/ digitalno inovativno stičišče Slovenije, BTC City

By investing in low-carbon smart buildings, all property owners can generate huge savings, gain a competitive advantage, improve performance, and reduce their carbon and environmental footprint. Undoubtedly, users and tenants of real estate are also interested in reducing costs and improving the quality of buildings. Greater building efficiency and smart active buildings are one of the key aspects of achieving the goals of climate neutrality and a better living and working environment. Digital and green technologies in buildings will be essential for achieving the set goals.

How will planning, construction, renovation, management, maintenance, and safety change? How will we manage a large amount of data, optimize performance, connect “grid edge” technologies (renewable energy sources, e-mobility)? How will we place the buildings in the electricity infrastructure? How we will connect building systems and stakeholders from different sectors (IT, energy, mobility)? What competencies and skills are needed for net zero buildings? How will all this affect investment, safety, health, and living comfort of users?

TARGET PUBLIC

The event is dedicated to all owners, tenants, maintainers, investors, users, operators of large groups of buildings (owners of retail chains, banks, insurance companies, gas stations, etc.), designers (architects, builders, and mechanical and electrical engineers), and providers of IT solutions, energy and mobility solutions that face many new dilemmas and seek new approaches to how to manage, maintain, and plan more sustainably. At the event, we will present the findings and experiences of international and Slovenian experts.
