The Slovenian Digital Center enables students of the last triad of primary schools and high school students to get to know the professions of the future. Namely, during the Slovenian Presidency of the Council of the European Union, the Digital Innovation Hub Slovenia organizes 90-minute guided tours for a maximum of 35 people of interactive workshops intended for presentations of various engineering professions.
The content of the workshops, which will be available until the end of this year, will be related to the monthly topics of the Slovenian Digital Center:
September 2021: Artificial Intelligence (all terms are filled)
13 October 2021: 5G and Cybersecurity
15 November 2021: Digital transformation
13 December 2021: Robotics and Industry 4.0
At each event, students and teachers will learn about technologies and competencies for the professions of the future in the form of short interactive workshops, where students and teachers can test themselves and get acquainted with modern technology in various fields. Each set of workshops concludes with a moderated interactive presentation of the professions by inspiring interlocutors and experts in the field of digitalization. The contents of the Slovenian quiz kvIZUM (digital) and the KAMbi application are also available.
Event organizers and project partners encourage the use of high technologies, as well as criticality, creativity and innovation by presenting modern technology, products and interactive activities.
